Description
Fantasy Flowers is a truly abstract work created in watercolour and ink on Arches paper.
I had no plan for this, other than to take some random secondary colours (purple, green and orange) and see what happened. There’s also some teal in there – not sure what made me include that!
The watercolours were laid down quickly and with no particular plan. Some days after they dried I grabbed a felt-tipped pen and started drawing what felt right (all puns intended, lol) and this is the result!
Like most of my watercolour and ink works I laid down the watercolour first and added the ink after.
This work ships unframed across the world.
